FAQs

Our dedicated spare parts service is primarily available to our official SURAPID agents. However, if you have purchased SURAPID elevators and need replacement components, you can still obtain genuine parts through our standard after‑sales support process. We ensure that every customer—whether agent or direct buyer—has a clear and efficient path to secure the parts they need.

We supply a wide range of certifications, including but not limited to Certificate of Origin (CO), SASO (for Saudi Arabia), EAC (for Russia), and CE test reports. Moreover, we can arrange any additional certificates that your country’s customs or regulatory bodies require. Contact us with your specific needs, and we'll ensure full compliance.

We primarily support FOB and FCA Incoterms for our elevator shipments. CIF and other terms may be considered upon request, but they are not our standard offerings. To discuss your specific delivery requirements, please reach out to our sales team

For the reputation of both parties and the safety of end customers, we have established the following prerequisites for granting distributorship:

  1. Installation & after‑sales capability – You must hold valid elevator installation qualifications and demonstrate proven after‑sales maintenance capabilities.

  2. Prior transaction – You must complete at least one successful order before applying for official distributor status.

  3. Exclusive dealership – To qualify as an exclusive distributor, you are required to meet a minimum annual purchase volume. Failure to do so may result in the revocation of exclusive rights.

We also warmly welcome you to schedule a factory visit before becoming our distributor, so you can inspect our production lines and technical qualifications in person.

We provide a commissioning guide in English with every shipment. You can also contact your assigned sales representative, who will arrange for our engineers to set up a group chat for online guidance. If both options do not resolve the issue, we can dispatch an engineer to your site for on-site commissioning support.

No, we do not use Monarch or STEP. Our elevators are equipped with the OPTIMAX control system – a proprietary system developed under our group’s sub-brand. It is similar to STEP and shares the same platform as XIZI elevators, comparable to the OTIS MCS 321/3000 series. The system features a dedicated VVVF drive and a modular, fully computerized architecture. It supports TUV-certified SIL3 STO/SBC safety technology and enables group control of up to 8 elevators.

Choosing a reliable elevator supplier involves evaluating four key factors:

1. Certifications – Look for internationally recognized certifications such as ISO 9001, CE, and compliance with applicable local standards.

2. Manufacturing Capability – Assess whether the supplier has in-house engineering, advanced production facilities, and comprehensive testing capabilities.

3. Project Experience – Review completed commercial projects, export experience, and the ability to meet different building codes and project requirements.

4. After-Sales Support – Ensure the supplier offers technical assistance, spare parts, warranty coverage, and long-term service support.

For example, SURAPID Elevator demonstrates these capabilities through its 158,000 m² manufacturing facility, 208 m elevator test tower, in-house engineering team, and more than 274 patented technologies—providing tangible evidence of the production capacity, technical expertise, and quality assurance for customers around the world that buyers should look for in a long-term manufacturing partner.

Our systems are built for harsh conditions, with door operators handling voltage fluctuations up to ±20% and IP54 motor protection. Standard safety configurations include Unintended Car Movement Protection (UCMP), light curtains, automatic emergency evacuation (ARD), and full EMC compliance.
