Surapid Supplies 61 Elevators for Major Residential Renewal Project

Surapid has completed the supply of 61 elevator units for a large-scale residential development in a historic urban district, marking another milestone in the company's participation in urban renewal initiatives.

The project, one of the largest residential developments in the area, spans approximately 143,850 square feet and will deliver over 1,600 residential units upon completion. In addition to housing, the development includes supporting facilities such as a kindergarten, community service centers, and commercial spaces.

The 61 elevator units are configured across multiple mid-rise buildings, each around 21 floors. The first batch of 47 units has already been delivered to the construction site in a single shipment, allowing installation work to proceed according to the project timeline.

The elevator models supplied are designed specifically for residential applications, with emphasis on operational stability and passenger comfort during peak usage hours. Quality control procedures were implemented throughout the design and manufacturing phases to ensure consistent performance.

Construction of the residential complex is now in its final stage. Once completed, the development will provide housing for over 1,600 households in the area.
