1. We offer passenger elevators, home elevators, freight elevators, medical elevators, etc. These categories are all traction elevators, not hydraulic elevators. If you inquire about hydraulic elevators, we will try our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee we can do it.
2. We need more information to provide an accurate quotation, including but not limited to: elevator speed and load capacity, number of floors and floor height of the building, pit and overhead dimensions inside the building, and whether the building has a machine room. (Please refer to the inquiry form in the download section. We would appreciate it if you could complete this form when inquiring, as we will base our quotation on its content.)
3. After contact via email or WhatsApp, our operations team will assign a sales representative to assist you.
4. Regarding the timeframe for providing quotations, we generally respond within 48 hours. However, if the technical requirements are complex, we may need more time to evaluate, as safety is our top priority.
5. Our technical team only handles after-sales support on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, if you submit an inquiry on Thursday or Friday and do not receive a prompt response, it may be due to the technical review being paused over the weekend.
6. Please understand that due to the high volume of internal technical reviews, we cannot provide drawings during the initial quotation stage everytime. However, we will definitely provide them once we have confirmed the elevator specifications and prices with you.
7. Regarding discounts, we offer additional benefits to our agents and high-volume customers, though such requests require time for approval.
8. We cannot provide detailed itemized prices. However, if you need to purchase additional components or require replacements outside the warranty period, we can provide quotations for those parts.
9. For payment terms, we require a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.
10. If you feel the need to build more trust and understanding before placing an order, we welcome factory visits. Please coordinate the schedule with your assigned sales representative.
